On agreement of leasing one of our properties you will be asked to sign an AT5 form, which must be signed before your Short Assured Tenancy agreement. Your deposit must be paid when signing these forms also.

Your security deposit will be held in a safe deposit scheme called My Deposits Scotland. When you check out of the property, the inventory will be checked and once all the final bills have been paid the deposit will be released by the scheme.
